Well, as the creators explained at the Television Critics Association press tour, the second half of Revolution will indeed focus on, well, the revolution aspect of the show. And with that, says star Tracy Spiridakos, comes not only a faster-paced show but “a little bit of a crazy battle.” “There’s going to be good guys versus bad guys…and some twists and turns will happen pretty quickly,” she says. As far as what awaits Charlie in the second half, Spiridakos says we’ll continue to see her grow into “quite the warrior” but the actress wonders of the stresses of her current situation may start to sully her good girl image. “I’m interested to see whether she’s going to be able to hold on to her humanity or not in the process of it all.”

Tim Guinee and David Lyons from the hit NBC show Revolution stopped by the American Red Cross – Cape Fear Chapter to show their support for the Red Cross Hurricane Sandy relief operation.
The screening Tuesday in New York City is one of ten screenings planned around the country before before the show’s premiere. Cyclists including series star Tim Guinee will pedal to generate enough energy for the screening.
Anyone interested in attending is encouraged to walk or bike to the event, at Hudson River Park’s Pier 57. In a Portlandian touch, bikes messengers will be available.
The event will have room for 1,000 guests, and will be first come, first served.
“Revolution,” produced by J.J. Abrams, Jon Favreau and Eric Kripke, premieres Monday, Sept. 17 at 10 p.m., following “The Voice.”

Murtz Jaffer interviews Tracy Spiridakos & Billy Burke from Citytv/NBC’s new show Revolution at Fan Expo Canada on August 25, 2012 at the Intercontinental Hotel. Topics discussed include the pressure whether there is room for another post-apocalyptic premise, the fascination with the end of days concept on television, whether the series examines the question of humans being good or evil and their characters. I also asked Burke if he plays the toughest guy named Miles on TV.
Termed as the “Comic Con” of Canada, Fan Expo Canada occurred from August 23-26. Just like Comic Con, fans were excited to find out that ‘Revolution’ would be holding a panel and giving Canadian fans a sneak peek of the pilot episode.
